Richland Library offers tens of thousands of downloadable media for a wide range of portable devices. The library partners with various vendors to bring you downloadable media – all free of charge! All you need is your library card! Your PIN (usually the last four of your phone number) allows you to log in to the various sites. You can search our catalog for all types of resources for a particular item, or go directly to the partner site to search for the e-Resource only.
